I have seen demo of 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa. I think there is return of captain your country feature. I couldn't assume that it has anything addictive more than its past versions. Anyone played, what do you think? Is it worth to spend money on it?

I'm a FIFA junkie. I enjoyed it. I guess I love it that EA included 199 countries (the max amount that FIFA allowed them to, leaving 8 out for whatever reasons FIFA had). The qualifying/world cup modes are quite rewarding and are easier to swallow as a season mode compared to some 50-60 games a season in FIFA 10.
If you like online play, the online world cup is really worth your time.
I actually got two copies for the PS3. One is the UK version because I ordered from eBay when the UK release date was a month earlier than US. Then it got moved back lol. I also have it for the Wii and PSP but I wouldn't necessarily recommend either unless you really want it for those consoles (not bad, just not must buys).
