Rocket Knight (Sparkster) Released May 12th 2010

I'm really excited about this! Coming out on XBLN, PSN, and Steam on May 12th. I bought my XBLN points card already for this event. Hopefully it'll live up to its previous titles.

Rocket Knight Adventures is a great game but this looks like garbage. Remember when everyone was excited about Ninja Turtles and how great it looked. Yeah. That's this. Pretty looking 3d but terrible looking level design.

My favorite was Sparkster for (snes). I agree about the Ninja Turtles remake, but hopefully Konami won't flock this one up, Konami didn't make the Turtles remake, it was Ubisoft, go figure.

This is by the producer that made Contra 4 on DS. He is a big Rocket Knight fan, so I am optimistic. Since we can all try the demo, I am curious.

I got to do a preview for this a few weeks ago, and honestly... it looks a little funny, it handles the same as the earlier versions, and I can't wait to dig deep into the complete version!

So... any word on the game yet? I'm at work 'til at least 5:00 EST so I won't be able to play it until later tonight... I've been waiting 15 years for a new Rocket Knight; what's a few more hours?

It sucks, I'll be at school all day, until possibly 8pm PST, and have work tomorrow mourning. Maybe I'll get a free hour tonight to get it and try it out.

I have fond memories of the earlier games, and want to know if any other fan picked this up?

Something like this game as a retail release would be a must buy, but without a package and manual to make it a cool collectible, this is only a buy if people attest it is awesome.

Just download it, and played 3 levels so far. Awesome! I love it, worth every penny. Still want a disc! I hope they make some anime style figurines for Sparkster, I'd pick them up in a flash.
