Is there much or any difference in the games value if it came from Brazil, USA, South Korea, Europe or Japan.

I know there are Euro releases that did not come to the USA or Canada but what about... lets say Phantasy Star... would the value be the same across the board?

Are there any differences? How can you tell?
thanks

The Japanese games might be in Japanese? The game cases may be in the native language, IE: Brazilian games may have spanish, Canadian games in French and the Japanese games with Japanese writing. As for prices, I do not know.

in general, the version worth the most in your area for a game that came out everywhere, the local language is worth the most.
IE, Shining force III goes for $75-100 in the US, but the japanese version will NEVER cost you more than 20

this is mostly because of 2 things: higher print runs in japan, and the fact that most people don't know japanese.
