View Full Version : Sega Saturn Wont Turn on? What is wrong with it?

Hey, I have a saturn console. I made sure the power adapter was good. so thats not the problem, but when you hit power nothing happens. Its completely dead. Is it possible that just the fuse needs replaced? what else could be wrong? is anyone interested in it as is?

my saturn broke once where the spot where you plug in the power cord somehow got loose.

What happens then is, the metal contacts inside, stop touching the board, so it wont power on.


Try pushing and wiggling the power cord around in back to see if thats the case?

My saturn currently has a rubber band keeping it so it turns on, haha

Also, make sure that there isn't a cold solder spot in the power supply:
