Starpath Supercharger MP3s

I decided to put all my Supercharger tapes onto an ipod to make game selection easier. However, I find the process tedious and difficult. WAVs seem more reliable than MP3s; the volume setting seems to be difficult to match; etc.

So, has anyone already done this? Is there a working collection of MP3s out there? Yeah, I already know about "Stella Gets A New Brain." I just want to see if MP3s are out there before I reinvent the wheel.

I put my Stella Gets A New Brain CD on my iPod. I imported them using a high setting, and they came out perfectly fine. Years back, I even got a chance to use them at the Oklahoma Game Expo after an exhibitor (Atari Troll) bought one there but didn't have anything to play on it. He had an Atari set up, so we played a bunch of games stored on my iPod. Pretty cool.

MP3s won't be as good as WAVs since it's a lossy format, but keep in mind it could just be issues with volume. Finding the right setting to get games to load can be tricky.
