With it untested and no mention of any bulk software (even copied disks), I wouldn't go much more than $20 personally. If there was a collection of software with it, I'd bump up a bit just for the fun of digging through the disks.

I recently got five C64s two systems, three power supplies and one floppy drive didn’t work so it being untested is a bad sign, but If it was all working I would give $40~$50 for it.
