Costco is now selling a stripped down version of Stern's Batman pinball machine.

It's the exact same game as the full version, just a few minor differences, and cheaper material on the playefield. Still about $3000.

With any luck, there will be a Family Guy, Simpsons Pinball Party, or 24 "lite" at Costco, in the future.

I don't think you will ever see this title anywhere close to that price. Routed ones still go for $2500. The 1990 Data East Simpsons machine can be had around your target, but the Stern is widely considered one of their better titles and will hold its value for the foreseeable future.
