i just got a wavebird (for a beer, big thanks to toddst!) and its working out great, i want to go wireless on all my systems. wireless controllers have been with us since the atari 2600 but a lot of them are lousy, what remote controllers can you guys recommend? and what ones just suck...for all systems.

wavebird is the only one i can recommend at all, ok also Big Ben Wireless for Gamecube
all others i've ever tried are real crap, especially the infrared-pads for older systems

I can recommend this SNES pad:

I preferred it over the regular SNES pad. Since it's bigger, it feels more like a modern controller, like a PSX controller.

You've already got the cream of the wireless crop! The rest are so-so at the very best in my experience.

The Wavebird is the only one I have used that hasn't been a pile of crap. But I hear good things about the Genesis ones.

For GameCube: Wavebird
For Everything else: As many extension cables as you need.
