Like the title says I should be going to look at a Donkey Kong Jr. and a Time Pilot tomorow. The guy says they work well and are in very good condition.
Are there any certain problems I should look for on these? Also can I easily switch the DK Jr to a DK if I wanted to, or could I switch it back and forth?
I have never played Time Pilot before but I watched some video of it being played and it looks interesting. I will play it a bit while I am there and see if I can get into it.
BTW the guy is asking $300 each or $550 for both of these. If they are in the condition he says is this reasonable? I will of course try to get his price down a bit more if I can.
Thanks for any pointers you guys can provide.

You can convert it, but the ease of conversion depends on if the PCB connects to the harness with the edge connector or not.

Play Time Pilot before you check out the game, it's available for a ton of classic and modern systems.

Very reasonable if they're in good condition.

Don't really have a lot to add to Arcade Antics advice but... If they're both working, in good cosmetic condition, and the insides look complete- those are excellent prices.
You can get something called a Double Donkey Kong board, if you have a working DK Jr. Board. It allows you to play both in the same cabinet.
Read about it here.

Thanks for the replies. I thought the prices were good just wanted to double check. I will update tomorow after I look at them. I hope that they are as nice as the guy claims.

Picked these both up yesterday. He would'nt budge on the price but I cant blame him really. They are pretty nice with just a few bumps and bruises. I will try to post some pics of them soon.

Thanks, portnoyd. I had to spend the whole evening rearranging stuff in my gameroom. I need to change the pictures around in the room. It was used as a den in the past but I have been making it into my gameroom recently. After we set them up we of course had to play them a while.

I love me some Time Pilot, the explosion sounds effects have such great "bass".

Man those two are nice. I'd love me a Time Pilot. I think someone should make a NES time pilot home brew. Or Moon Patrol.

Thanks for the comments guys. My right arm has been hurting since moving these but it was worth it. My wife and my neighbor that helped me move these have bettered me on Time Pilot. I will have to work on it some.
