A few people mentioned in the finds thread that they found Ikaruga for $20 at their local Gamestop. A quick search on the website shows that this should be a nationwide price drop.

If you can't find one near you, it is available online now. Type in SAVER to get free shipping. Obviously no guarantee on if it will come with a manual or instructions.

Some Amazon sellers have it for around that price as well.

Sure, the game's uncommon to find, but what's it really WORTH?
It can be downloaded on XBL in true HD for a measly $10 (or free on DC if you're crafty like that... *cough cough*), so I'd imagine $20 is probably about it... Not really good for flipping, IMO, if anybody was interested in it for that.
But still... it's a damn fine game any way you slice it.

Right. Ikaruga used to be a $60 game but now it's worth about half that since it became available on XBLA. Still though, $20 is a good deal for anyone wanting to own a hard copy of the game.

I never knew about the SAVER discount on Gamestop.com. I used it and picked up Glory of Heracles(another copy for .99 technically) and 3d Dot Game Heroes. Then I'll use the $20 credit to change my preorder for Test Drive Unlimited 2 over to Gamestop instead(since I like their DLC preorder better.)
