My dad bought me a Super Contra Arcade cabinet at an auction about 15 years ago. It was in great shape back then. Unfortunately, it has been stored in a barn for about 10 years. It wasn't on my property so I had no say on where to keep it. The cabinet itself is in fair shape, but I fear for the board and the rest of the insides.
Anyone here have any idea what the value on one in this condition is?

Looks fine to me. You won't know a thing until you open 'er up and look at the board. I suspect you'll be most in trouble from rats and other varmints chewing on wires or moulding (but that looks fine from here), or insects getting inside (easy to clean out really) and also corrosion or rust on PC board component pins. I don't see why it can't have survived though. It shouldn't do any harm to try powering it up after a quick look at various parts to see if anything looks damaged.
Nice system by the way.

I am going to try opening it up sometime soon. I won't power it on until I check it over real good.
Thanks for the compliment. ;)

I've been wanting a copy of Super Contra - any version really, though JPN seems best if MAME is a good guide - for a long while.
It really does look in decent shape, especially the art which has got to be the hardest part to keep in decent repair (it looks like the screws on the CP are a bit rusty but that's no big deal).
My feelings are: How well would one have held up if it was in an arcade or totally forgotten these last 15 years? Something as big as a standup arcade cabinet is going to be hard to store properly, so I wouldn't beat myself up over it.

I will still probably cry a little when I take a look inside. I have a lot of fond memories playing that game.
I live in Indiana so we have a lot of cold winters and hot humid summers. It's most likely suffered some enviromental damage, sadly. If it was stored in the room behind the wall in the pic then it would've suffered less I'm sure.
