I'm assuming you're referring to the absurdly high price. I posted this recently in a similar thread.
Sometimes I'll raise the price of a multiple-quantity listing to an absurd amount when I am out of stock yet I know I'll be getting more in soon. That way you keep the listing up, and everyone who "watches" the listing remain, it remains high on ebay's Best Match search etc. That, or the seller is trying to get some attention.
The listing is closed, so it looks like the seller never got more in (which would presumably lead him to lower the price). One previously sold for $70, which is pretty damn high, but this isn't the easiest game in the world to find sealed.
