If you don't mind braving the pop-ups, some of the music is found here:
http://members.tripod.com/~videogamereview/saturn/audio.html
If you don't mind signing up for a user account, you (apparently) could download the entire sountrack here:
http://www.darkforestsoftware.com/darkforest/features.php
Additionally, the music of Astal apparently was released commercially at one point, or at least that's how I'm interpreting this gentleman's reference to an "OST", the contents of which are contained on his homemade compilation CD. See this:

Google is a mighty resource.

Interestingly enough, this review pans the hell out of it:
http://www.altpop.com/stc/reviews/dracps.htm
It also lists the disc as "extinct", which means "Out of print for several years. Impossible to find the official release new, and even used copies are extremely uncommon." But from the tone of your post I guess you alread knew that. Nevertheless, if you'd like to download some zipped mp3s, look here:

You probably already have them, though. As for finding an original, good luck. I feel giddy now, having gone on this journey of discovery.
The New Classic has some pretty art:

And mp3s:

As the page says: "Don't begin to ask where you can find this CD. It's been out of print for about ten years, and is near impossible to find." Tell you something you don't know, eh?

Aaaaaanyways...offer's still up :O
Perfect Selection has the most hillarious remix of Bloody Tears...EVER.
The chorus:
"It's been
one hundred years
since Dracula made his move
HE'S BACK
He's ready!
Coming Soon!
Dracula, you better beware
your time is through
'cause Sim-in is coming
After YOU!"
Here's the MP3:

The CD's got a remix of Mad Forest as well as a great rendition of Dwelling of Doom. Certainly a conversation piece, and I really, really want a copy. Bad.

While we're on the subject, can I ask if anyone's seen this Pro Pinball Timeshock soundtrack anywhere?

Further investigation has not turned up anyone who will even acknowledge the existence of this thing. (I'd be happy with MP3s.)

If you want mp3s for Timeshock!, you could rip the Redbook format music files direct from the Playstation game CD.

Well, yes, but first I'd have to find it, and then I'd have to sell it, and it wouldn't be entirely legal anyway... The best deal I've found so far would have it costing $14 CDN. I wish I could rent it, but it doesn't seem like anyone does that with PSX games anymore.
