I do, all the time, when I probably shouldn't. But I just can't resist, I have the GBA SP, and its like whenever I think someone might catch me playing, I can just nonchalantly fold it up and slip it into my pants pocket in true Slacker fashion. I don't even play this thing anywhere else, in fact I just leave it in my toolbox at work most of the time.

I tell ya what though, it really helps pass the time when things seem slow.

I do. Two nights a week (actually, tonight and Friday) I work as a night auditor at a hotel and after the work is done there's not much to do for a few hours but surf, read, and play GBA SP. :D

I bring mine during football season, since we do a Friday night high school football thing in our 10 o'clock news, and it takes FOREVER while I'm waiting to post all the final scores on the web.

I haven't taken my actual gba to work but I play it through emulation all the time. Boycott Advance runs nice on my Mac. I do have a Mattell Football II that I like to pull out of my desk and play every few weeks, when it's slow and I remember it's there :D

For a while I did the two jobs fun thing there, I would do a couple nights at a gas station on sunday nights and tuesday nights. Slow. so I'd take a bucket of rock salt, drag it behind the counter away from the video cameras, and play some Pokemon Sapphire on my SP.

I tried that with my boss. I brought my SP and dictionary, put in Black Matrix 0, and claimed that I found an excellent new way to study Japanese, which it was. It didn't, uh, go over too well. I don't understand it: reading English books is ok, but playing games in another language while writing down vocab and kanji I don't know isn't ok. Oh well...

When the GBA SP first came out in March, I bought it & Advance Wars. I'd slip off for some quality time in the bathroom with my GBA.

I had to stop because three 30 minute bathroom breaks per day started looking suspicious to my co-workers. :(

I used to play Advance Wars in the toilet at my work 1-2 years ago but when I got my new laptop (a very small Toshiba 3440) I started to watch Divx movies and I bought a USB controller to play MAME. I don't have much to do at my work and the laptop is so small that I just take it under my armpit (under my jacket of course) and no one can see what I'm going to do. I also have small headphones in my pocket. I have watched at least 20 movies and played MAME for approx 50 hours. In the TOILET. AND GOT PAID FOR IT.....

Beat that if you can!

All I can says is thanks. This has to be my favorite post of the week.

I bring my GBA to work, but only use it during boring conference calls.

Everynight for hours.

I work in a call center, so thing I can do mostly on autopilot. Tactical games like Advance Wars and turn based RPGs really help pass the time.

While I am at work I like to play some NES games through emulation. I brought my GB to work once to play tetris, but I didn't like to be inturrupted all the time by customers. :D

:-D ..I used to bring a GBC or NGPC..to work with me when I worked as a machinist..for the day/nights when I just had to watch/re-load the automatic machines..
My boss would be a pain about it but then he let it go..sometimes taking it away from me to play it himself.. :D

Now the handhelds..See a lot of play while I'm on the Bowl(shitter)..
I'm a big eater,so being on the bowl is work for me.. LOL :o

Whew! I though I was the only one guilty of this behavior.

I actually shudder to think how many GB games I've managed to play all the way through here at work whilst feigning a bio-break. Let's see: Warlocked, Final Fantasy Legend 3, All the GBC Zelda titles and at least three runs through Nobunaga's Ambition are the first ones that come mind...

The plant I work in is closing in about six months so I figure why not? What are they going to do...fire me?

>:( <- [This is me burning in Hell]

All of this toilet talk brings up another question --- just where were your used games, before you had them? Uhh...I don't think I want to know.

Come to think of it, there are quite a few shitty GB/GBA games.

I work on the weekend, and since about 50% of my job is just monitoring various computer systems I usually have a lot of free time to play.

For the first two years or so I played GB/A fairly frequently at work, but I've actually be on a "learn new things and try to go somewhere with my career" kick lately so I haven't done it in quite a while. LOL

I've done that in the past (bring the GBA to the can with me) - but not recently. I always made sure I had a game I could quit after 5 min though for just that reason :)
