Is this a reseal? I think I see a faint h-seam on the back, but the picture is too faint.

<EDIT>It's authentic, both of them actually! I spent $20 on each.

I had my doubts as to whether anyone, no matter how experienced, could tell if the seal was real from these pictures. If you invert the colors, it looks like you can faintly see an H-seam near the very center of the box. The edges still look very suspicious, but either way, the price is good for a box and cart copy of Gargoyle's Quest 2.

I can definitely see the h-seam on the back, but w/o being able to see the sides or .... anything else... it's not 100% guaranteed to not be a reseal.

aren't there better things to reseal than gargoyles II?

It's usually easier to scam people if the game in question isn't some big money title. (And I'd bet it usually comes down to what box the resealer has in mint condition.) At any rate, a CIB of Gargoyle's Quest II isn't cheap, and I'd imagine neither is a sealed copy.

Oh man, they're authentic. The seller had about 40 NES games, all sealed. I'm going to get more from him, for sure!
