It was a EB/Gamestop pre-order bonus. I had a factory-sealed one that I couldn't even unload for $5. I eventually sold it for about $3 on the NA forums. It might be a nice item for those few hardcore fans who eat this series up (God knows why), but the value for it seems to be nigh existent.
