How much is one worth? Not sure as to the model number.

Which 3DO system is it? FZ-1? FZ-10? Goldstar? Japanese or US?

I'm not sure, I think FZ-1. The auction doesn't specify.

Make sure to ask before bidding as some versions are of better quality build than others.

Supposedly, the FZ-10 top loaders are worth more because they are supposed to be sturdier due to fewer moving parts. The FZ-1 systems have sliding door mechanisms that can wear down over time. However, I got an FZ-10 that was a dud because it didn't read discs. The FZ-1 that I got to replace it worked perfectly.

When it comes to the FZ-1 systems, the Panasonics are supposed to be more desirable than the Goldstars because there are some game compatibility issues with Goldstar systems.

Go for an FZ-1. I have never had a problem with ANY FZ-1's. Nor have I heard of much problems with them. The FZ-10 is nice though because it's got a memory manager built into the system rather than having to access it through a CD.
