I went to my new (to me) local gamerstop again, last time they had a bin of nes/ genesis games, and all I found was a $7 Classic Concentration for the NES (I was a HUGE fan of that show)
Anyway, I went back since it'd been 2 weeks, and I'd hoped I'd see something new. This time the bin was FULL of NES/Genesis/SNES carts, nothing great, but some good deals:
NES:
Amagon $2
Kickle Cubicle $5
Klax $2
Genesis:
Bubsy teh bobcat $4
Comix Zone $2

How does this work? I just got back from the Gamestop around here, and the cheapest cart was $6.99, most were going for 11.99-14.99 (for non rare things).

I think it just depends on the person who does the pricing. Once I saw a bin of NES carts that had a Super mario priced at $0.89, and right next to it was another copy priced at $6 O_O

I just looked this up in my Digitpress guide... R8/$100. Is that for real? Now I'm curious how I found this since it's a Euro release.

I got pretty lucky yard sale wise...
A rack full of loose INTV carts (listed in the buy/sell forum) with overlays for $2 total
6 SNES carts for $6, notables Super Star Wars and Mortal Kombat
and... a working complete Linksys 4-port router (that sells at best buy for $80) for $10. My fiancee got a couple nic cords for $1.50 a piece at her work, making a complete home networking setup at home for... 13 bucks :-D
also, met Keir to the nth Power at VGE and did a trade, netting some O2 carts, a couple SMS carts (R-Type boxed, Fantasy Zone: The Maze loose) and a working 4-port 5200, sans switchbox. got one BIN on ebay though so I'm cool.
not a bad weekend at all.

I passed up so much stuff between yesterday and today it's sickening..
The vendors had so much stuff out..
I've never seen so many Nintendo games at the markets like I did this weekend.
I did pick up other things like Coka Cola Collectables..for my wife..and the AIWA Stereo behind the games for $5.00....The lady who sold me that(Garage Sale) must of been drunk..she smelt like alcohol real bad..
The stereo is nice and goes for around $200.00 ..it'a a Karaoke(video output)/CD/Dual Tape deck/Tuner/with Surround sound /unattached speakers..It rocks.
