Sega Power Base Converter and games - Price Check

I have a Boxed Power base converter that I want to sell to try to sell to my friends, I want to give them a fair price while also giving me the best possible deal. Here's what I have:

CIB Sega Power Base Converter
CIB Enduro Racer
CIB Out Run
CIB Double Dragon
CIB Gangster Town
CIB Choplifter
CIB Kenseiden
CIB (with Damage) Fantasy Zone II
Boxed (no instructions) After Burner
and a loose copy of Space Harrier

I am also including a Sega Phaser Light gun with the lot (not pictured)

I did some searching myself but I'm not completely sure about the price I came up with. I'd like to get some secondary input.

No guesses? Ok, according to my research I should ask for approximately 80$ for the lot. Is that a good starting price?

Eh, I'd say $50-$60. Most of those Master System titles are solid, but not very expensive. I've found CIB copies of After Burner, Gangster Town, Out Run, Enduro Racer, and Choplifter for less than $5 each. Most of the cash would be coming from the PBC, not the games.
