FS: Sega Saturn Shinobi Legions Complete (NTSC/U)

I have "Shinobi Legions" up for grabs. This is the USA NTSC release. It is complete with case and manual, but the case hinges are broken...which is pretty common with these cases. The disc is not mint (it does have some small scratches) but is in overall good condition and of course has been tested and works perfectly. It is a pretty rare game as well. Looking for $20 shipped on it. PM if interested!

The modchip...does it require any type of soldering? And what Saturn units are compatible? I remember something about ribbon cables and such.
