I like games with attacking pets. ex: The hunter class in World of Warcraft, Heimerdinger in League of Legends, and Dead to Rights. So I was wondering if there's any other games like this
PS: I have torchlight also
EDIT: Games with pets at your side at all times from beginning to end are what I'm looking for

Diablo 2 Druid, Arc the Lad 2 Lieza, Final Fantasy 6 Shadow, and Shadow Dancer are some.

In Fallout 3 you can get a dog that attacks enemies for you.
In Final Fantasy VI, Shadow's dog can attack

Dracula X: Rondo of Blood. When you're playing as Maria you can attack with birds and cats.

Every version of Sega's Shadow Dancer feature Yamato, the ninja attack dog that somehow manages to get turned into a puppy if an enemy scores a hit on him.

All or most of the Samurai Shodown games.
Most likely any Scooby Doo game. :-D

In Ultima VI: The False Prophet you can get Sherry the Mouse to join your party. She's not only useful for going under doors but she can wield respectable damage with a halberd if leveled correctly.

Borderlands, the sniper has a pet bird that is ridiculously strong if you level your character the right way.

The Bard's Tale for Xbox/PS 2, you get a pet dog that you can travel with that attacks enemies with you and takes no damage.

In Comix Zone you have a pet rat, I don't think it attacked anyone but it triggered switches for you.

In WoW, Warlocks, Mages, Shamans, Death Knights, and Priests all have attacking pets as well.
In Everquest, there's Magicians, Necromancers, Beastlords, and Shadow Knights who have attacking pets.

I cant believe on one has said Samurai Showdown. Galfordo! has an attack dog named poppy.

The animals either attack bad guys or do something else for you (get food, boost XP earning, find items)

Off the top of my head Lost Magic (DS) had you summon various things to fight for you, Super Mario World had Yoshi attacking and eating anything he could fit in his mouth and the Kirby and Donkey Kong Country games as well as Little Nemo had various animals that could help you.

In Beyond the Beyond for PS1, Finn has his pet dragon Steiner who attacks.
In Suikoden II, there are various examples including Kinnison and his pet wolf Shiro, and Millie and her pet monster Bonaparte. You could also kind of say that the squirrels and other animals Riou can recruit are also like his pets, especially Makumaku who acts like he's known him since he was a kid, living in the tree in his back yard.
In Suikoden III Hugo has his pet griffon Fubar who he can actually ride.
There is another pet in Suikoden III, the merchant Scott's parrot Waurenhyte but they don't fight or attack.
