Hello, not sure if this is the right place to post this but couldn't find a specific 'Marketplace' forum. Sorry if this is a mis-posting!
I'm trying to find a Vectrex 3D Imager. Doesn't have to be working or in original packaging. It's for display in a Museum exhibition in the UK about the history of steroscopic 3D in videogames I'm working on. If anyone has one they're willing to sell for a good price/or temporarily loan that'd be extremely helpful.
Many thanks,
Tom

Marketplace forums only open after you've been here a certain time, to stop fly-by-night sales spammers. Given though you are placing a WTB post here, then that isn't so bad ;)
As for the imager itself, I'm in the UK and I have a spare imager I would possibly consider loaning. Can you give me some more details about the exhibition and the museum in question (website links, promo material etc)?

Hi Mayhem - thanks for your reply.
The Museum is the National Media Museum (http://www.nationalmediamuseum.org.uk/)in Bradford. We're planning a 3D season in October and I'm curating a small object display of vintage game systems that demonstrate early attempts at stereoscopic 3D. The Segascope glasses and Virtual Boy will be featured too.
If you could loan the Vectrex 3D imager that would be fantastic. All the objects will be purely just for display - so they'll be behind glass and not for playing. The exhibition is due to run from mid-October 2010 until March 2011.
Let me know if you need to know anything else.

If you wish to take this to email, please use the feature on the forum and send me some relevant details about the exhibition, some contact information and the what not. I'll have a look and decide ;)
