I am building a site called Epic Gaming. It is still under construction, but its goal is to become the largest retrogaming secrets site around. It is presently located here: http://host.xen-tech.com/epicgaming/ Its content consists mostly of:
- Console Game Reviews (8-bit to 32-bit)
- Arcade Game Reviews (2D and early 3D)
- Prototype / Final Game Comparisons and ROMs
- Prototype Footage (magazine scans, videos, etc.)
- Final Footage (magazines, advertisements, cartridge scans, etc.)
- Leftover Stuff (Test levels,
- Hardware (console innards, hacking, modification, game PCBs)
- Arcade Hardware (game PCBs, cabinets, MAME stuff)
- Pirate Games
- Unlicensed Games
- Pirate Cloned Hardware
- Console/Game instructions/box scans
- Obscure/Peculiar Accessories
- US/JP/EU hardware/software version differences
.. and pretty much everything else imaginable.
I'm posting this because I need help, big time. Needless to say this is a big undertaking. We currently have 3 staff members, plus outside contributors. ANY help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. But, the big problem is prototype/final/final leftover sections. Our 3 staff members do not know all games inside and out, of course, so we need people who do! The following prototypes still need documentation:
Chrono Trigger, Mortal Kombat II, Mortal Kombat III, King of Fighters EX, NBA Jam Tournament Edition, Earthworm Jim 2, World Heroes 2, Mortal Kombat I, Awesome Possum (my god does this game suck), Comix Zone, Fire Eaters - Zero Bandits, Cruis'n Velocity, Virtual bart, TMNT Tournament Fighters, Daze Before Christmas, Aladdin, Steven Seagal's Final Option, Mortal Kombat (2nd prototype), 3 ninjas kick back, daffy duck in hollywood, vectorman, baby's day out, rock'n'roll racing, Sylvester+Tweety in Cagey Capers, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic CD (both prototypes), Sonic Spinball, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, Dennis the Menace, X-Kaliber 2097, Zero Tolerance: Beyond Z.T., Vectorman 2, Cool Spot, Addams Family, Another World, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, Incredible Crash Dummies, Ex-Ranga, Chuck Rock 2, Wolf 3D (SNES)
