Baysoft Games trouble?

I ordered from there once long ago. It took forever to get my order but it did come eventually. I don't think they actually have anything in stock. "Phantom stock" ala Buy Rite, they'll order one from their distributer when you place an order for an item. They can offer low prices but you'll have to wait forever to get it. They figure your just a dumb kid buying videogames. They've got your money already so they figure 'fuck you' and fuck customer service.

The only times I've ever dealt with them was through ebay, and they sent the stuff reasonably promptly. I guess that's because they (like Buy-Rite) only put stuff on ebay if they actually have it in hand and want to get rid of it.

Yup Zaxxon said what I am still feeling after ordering from that turdy company, five months later and they still owe me $50 worth of merchandise, and they do think you are a dumb kid, I ordered Guilty Gear X and they send me Guilty Gear X2 two months later, I ordered 1 PS2 multitap and 1 PS1 multitap and they send me 2 PS2 multitaps, they screwed up my order horribly and i am still waiting for stuff, so stay far far away and once you get there go father away :bad-words:

With the exception of pre-ordering the 'Game Station Arcade' (Wal-Mart had it before I got it from Bay Soft >:( ), I've had fairly good service from them. Though I haven't ordered from them recently, so that may have changed.
