How do you get too "Toy Box Mode" on the Wii

It's not for me, it's for a kid you got the game I asked me to look for him..

He also have a 360, but that RRoD on him

Sorry man only own it for the 360, on it there is a menu and the 2nd option is Toy Box Mode.
