Hey...
Anyone try DreamFrodo yet? Does it work as good as it sounds? I can't believe this. I thought I'd have to mod my Xbox to get a good C64 emulator! Skool Daze, Space Taxi and Paradroid.. here I come!

I unfortunately parted with my Dreamcast awhile back. How does the emulator work? How is the compatibility?

It works pretty damn well. It crashes, but it is still quite stable. The interface is good because you "attach disks" to the drives, but otherwise, you still type as normal. I don't want to see some complete menu-driven system for the old computers. I love having to type LOAD"$",8,1.
So far, I've been playing Space Taxi (the voices are really quiet), Impossible Mission (great) and a whole bunch of other stuff.
If anyone is trying to get it working, use the SBI files from Burner0:

This is great though... I think that emulating the old computers are more important than the old console (due to crappy floppy disks, etc). So, I am in 7th heaven with this one.

I agree with you 100% INTVgene. I'm not really that big on emulation but when it comes to the C64 Floppy stuff, I just don't have the patience for it. DreamFrodo is good so far and I'm hoping for even better things to come. A couple things I wish it had is the ability to save to the VMU (for Below the Root) and support for .crt files.
