Is Rockman & Forte for Super Famicom Import Friendly?

For people who don't know Japanese?
And will it work with a "modded" Game Genie?
Do I have to worry about fakes?

(1) You won't be able to read the story text or the collected CD info. But the game is perfectly playable.

(2) Yes this game works with the game genie as a passthrough.

(3) Doubtful. The only thing you might see is a "Nintendo Power" (no relation to the magazine) flash cart containing the game, as that was how it was originally released.
