Hey, I have a SEGA MK-2103 adaptor with a silver label, as opposed to the ones i always see with the etched plastic labels. does anyone know what this went to? 32x? nomad? idk. It could also just be an early production variation.

Please upload your picture to imagehost/imageshack/imagebam, it doesn't work this way. That said, there's many adaptor variants.

I have about three variants of that adapter. One of them is as large as the Model 1602.

I want to say that one was sold as a Game Gear AC adapter but I am not 100% certain.

There were different revisions over the years, it's a Model 2 adapter. It could have been included with the 32X as well, they used the same adapter. I think my 32X came with that type of adapter, at the moment I don't feel like taking it out of the box to check.

I had an actual Game Gear adapter, it said it was for the Game Gear right on it. I don't see that in the picture.

Very true, grab a 2103 and a 1602 and power all things Sega.

Except for Saturn. And Dreamcast. And maybe Master System.

This is why I have 18 posts in 7 years. Any input is automatically geeked on. Obviously we all know they won't work with a Saturn and a DC however a 1601 will work with a Master System.

I was just being a smartass. Didn't mean for that post to be taken seriously :P
On topic, I've personally never seen that variant with the label. It's possible that there is text etched into the plastic underneath the label.

Its cool, thats what happens when I post before having my morning coffee. All my 2103's are the black version but I do think I have seen that one before.
