I know that most of you on this site have multiple systems and are pursuing something agressively. Well, which system is it? Do you go after the mainstream gaming systems or are you spending some cash and going after some really wierd system???? For me, it is the Bally Astrocade, and I am trying to find wierd stuff for it. I have totally focused on that and I hope there is some great stuff at the show for it!!!!

I'm trying to get ahold of an Atari 7800. I would never want to get obscure consoles like the Astrocade or the Arcadia 2001 because stuff for those consoles are pretty rare. Besides, I only want two classic consoles, the 7800 and the Colecovision. But if you're talking about systems I already have, the one system I'm trying to get stuff for is the 2600.

The main system I buy for is the NES. But I do buy any game if the price is right. :D

Well, when money permits, I am currently after NES stuff (my Atari collection pretty much in hand, all that is left is the stupid rare crap). There are some things for SNES I will look for, but not as strongly.

I actively seek out NES stuff but lately been leaning with Dreamcast occasionally and certain genesis titles.

I am currently collecting for games that my (bloodsucking wife) will not take from the divorce!!!!!!!!!
On a side note I am trying to complete Dreamcast before it becomes as hard as Saturn to collect for.

I am always on the lookout for any games, but I would have to rank them in this order:
1. NES (just about done with that)
2. SNES
3. Genesis
4. Atari 2600 (this will go up at the CGE :-D )
5. Sega Master system
6. Colecovision
7. Intellivision
8. Atari 7800
9. Commodore 64 and TI
10. Nintendo 64 (haven't decided if I want to pursue this yet)
It's tough to stay focused on one system when good deals come along, NES games are a great value right now, their prices are down on many titles (except for the rare exceptions).

Once everything for me gets back to normal (August...) I'm going to attempt to finish my Virtual Boy collection. Until then, all I'm buying are 2 Xbox games, and a GBA game or two...

Only system I've been buying games for recently is Neo Geo MVS, I think I have almost all the games I want, really looking for Neo Turf Masters right now. I'm thinking of selling off my entire homecart collection though, so I'd have to get some of those games back on MVS.
After that, I'll be after cps2 games, and the occasional snes or saturn game.

Well, I basically leave everything to chance and get most of my games in the 'wild'. However, I do aggressively collect for the Jaguar, as this is about the only thing I buy stuff for on Ebay. And every once in a while when I get bored with everything else, then thats when I buy Neo Geo AES stuff.

My main baby will always be the TG, but lately I've been doing pretty good with the Genesis. Also, SMS is a high priority, with the O2 taking fourth mainly because it's a bit easier to complete. I have most of the fun games already so the collecting side kicks in now.

Well for over a year now I've been aggressively buying Neo Geo MVS carts/kits.
From the day I got the Cab I started on a hunt to own all the games..
It's feasible, and my collection of MVS carts is getting close to being complete..I'm at the part where I need to get some the real high priced games now.. that I don't have...(and spare cab parts)
I started on an aggressive hunt for neo Geo AES carts..but I've slowed to one cart every week and a half..
Three other systems that I've been looking to complete lately..but not aggressively like the MVS carts..but without thinking about any other systems are.
Coleco Testar Arcade carts...I have 1 and 2..waiting on 3..and to lazy to keep bidding on anything else..etc.
Sega Master System Games..I need a few games that I don't have to complete my collection...
Virtual Boy....Games etc..
After I got the display unit I started buying Virtual boy/games etc..
The display unit has it's little shrine corner..that I want to have as complete as possible....A Virtual Boy Corner Shrine.
I stared playing this system more too.
others stuff,,
I want to complete my Leisure Vision collection of games..
I buy new system games regularly..but I don't look at buying them as collectig them like everything else..even though they are part of my collection that I don't sell or tade in....There is really no hunt..

I'd say I'm most interested in Mega Drive stuff, and there's a number of Neo Geo games I would like very much to get ahold of. Famicom/NES stuff is still up there, and I'm hopefully getting closer to obtaining some x68000, MSX2, Mark 3 and a few import Game Gear titles.

If you hadn't noticed, the last 2 years for me have been VERY Sega-centric, having completing the US Dreamcast and Sega Master System collections in 2002 and the Sega CD just a month ago.
I'm just a few titles away from 32X (and I've already got Web of Fire) and Genesis (which took forever to complete but it was worth being patient and getting stuff cheap). Which means my next "hunker down" collection will be Saturn, where I've got just over half of the US games.
