Xbox 1 Format Hard Drive Disc?

Does anyone have an official Xbox 1 Formatting Disc, the one that formats the original deck's Hard Drive to fresh, never used status? Not for homebrewing, but so that it's still the real OS and all, just not without all my old personal and CC info for Live and the like?

I just want to borrow the disc, would pay for both shipping directions.
