"Millennium Edition" Dreamcast

Someone on Craigslist is selling a translucent yellow DC that they bill as the "Millennium Limited Edition". It also has a translucent black controller with the same thing printed on it. Anyone know what it's worth?

I believe that only the controller is a limited edition and the case is just a case mod (used to be able to buy just a plastic case to change the color of your dreamcast).

Because as near as I can tell, there's no Yellow DC. That controller tho is the only "millennium" anything as far as DC is concerned.
