Do you? That's very interesting! Are there a lot of differences from it and the final version? I found some of the unused music that was in the rom and I wonder if that helps solve where it belongs.

So I found a prototype and I couldn't find any differences other then the dialog. :(

That was an excellent review.

I remember getting Light Crusader on my Birthday and my buddies and I had a blast messing with the magic system. We spent forever trying out different combinations and jotting down the effects.

The game gave me a feeling that no other game has. It was a mix of the unique graphics, the memorable music and the odd storyline that just gave me this lone, solitary, yet peacful feeling as I would play it by myself into the wee hours of the morning.

The game is fairly short. I clocked in around 12 hours. I beat it back in 97' and have been wanting to give it another go. I also had no idea that there was secret "Gold Armor" in the game. Your clock time was just over 7 minutes in the video, so it really is obtainable early in the game huh? I guess I'm gonna have to give it a go before long and see if I can't find it.

It's definitely not a long game.. I beat it in around 2 hours on my 3rd playthru. There's even a few glitches I found that can help you skip puzzles completely and get to a few areas sooner then you should making the game even shorter.

I liked the review also. I'd rather get complete Genesis games so I checked out Ebay and the US version has no clamshell version. I could always buy the Megadrive version but then it wouldn't work in a US console and it would run at 50fps.

Buy a random Genesis game, create a repro insert. Profit!
