Could anybody scan the Lords of Thunder back cover for me?

Hey guys, I just recieved Lords of Thunder for the Turboduo today from ebay. It came in some fake replacement thin case with the instructions only, no back cover. The auction said cd, case, and instructions and I assumed it was complete, but I was wrong. The guy could've at least mentioned it. Anyway I'd like to put the official cover and spine on it in a new jwel case. Does anyone with access to a scanner have LOT? Could someone send me a good quality scan of the rear cover and spine sheet? Or point me to one on the web?
Thanks guys, I hate asking for a favor here but I dont' know where to turn, and you guys are the best at classic games so I figured I'd ask. I don't want to have to buy another copy just to have a "complete" one.
