I think a question should be added to registration:

"Are you a douchebag?"

answering "yes" gets the old flash intro animation (http://www.digitpress.com/dpintro.swf) played to you at 900% volume and no sign up, ip blocked from doing so in the future
answering "no" allows you to sign up as a user

then if you act like a douchebag you can be banned for being a liar
