Hello fellows, I am new in this forum and already introduced myself on the topic specific to that. I liked it very much and hope to be very interactive on retro games, mainly on the time of nes, genesis etc.
I need a little help from you. I have this image and dont know for what game it belongs. Just know the name of the game is the same of the platform to which it belongs! Does anyone here could tell me?

Looks like a creepy Roger Moore lol. It does look a bit 16bit. You said it's the same name as the platform, well Sega Genesis....Neon Genesis maybe?

Fergus McGovern once head of Probe Software, looks like the head of him that is on Mortal Kombat 2 for the Genesis. Raiden has a fergality move that no one else has, whoever he does the fergality to turns into this creepy head on a little body.
