Hello everyone. I uploaded a bunch of my pics to Photobucket for everyone to see. There are two folders. One the main floor pictures. Another album is pretty much all the items that went up for Auction.

I've added some pictures also, not as many as usual. Most of them are from the auction. Unfortunately half the time I had my camera set to the take crappy picture mode.

I forgot that I had some setting up pictures on my cell phone so I added them to the first album that I linked too. Of course the quality is not very good because it's just coming from my cell phone, but you can basically tell what's going on.

Oldskool - picture #2 is of myself and RetroYoungen
I just finished uploading my photos, will update captions later this week. I also have 2 short videos I'll add, 1 of the water cyclones, titled "Halo" (foreshadowing?) and a short clip from the Medieval Mayhem tournament.

Oh cool I remember meeting you guys. Looks like you just joined DP eh? I was the guy watching over/setting up the Game Station area by the arcade machines.

Yep, had such a good time hanging out with RetroYoungen that I decided to sign up here. I'd been aware of the site for a while, I think I discovered it when googling my game(Medieval Mayhem) and found it listed in the easter egg section.
And I do remember meeting you as well :)

Oh you are one of the guys that made MM? That was an awesome game man. People seemed to really get a kick out of it when it was hooked up in the retro rumble couch area. I really think the splitter on two TV's worked out well - it's too bad the picture was so nasty though. When the splitter was removed it was much better.

Damn, I didn't know who was who. I played in the Family Fued match. This was my first time going to CGE, but I've been wanting to go since 2004. I'll upload some pics soon. Oldskool, were you the one dressed up as Sonic?

LOL, I looked at that picture, and there were 2 of us in the same Sonic suit. Whoever wore that one, how in the hell did you manage to not sweat like crap. I have and wore the same suit, and it was retarded hot

Not sure if it was you or not. But I remember going up to one of the Sonic guys and saying "hey were you the guy on the forums that said he was gonna be walking around with the sonic head in his arms?" - and the Sonic person said "no that was not me". I remember I had to ask because you were indeed walking around with Sonics head in your arms. Was that you?

If I happened to capture anybody in my photos (http://spiceware.org/gallery/cge2010), PM me the photo & position and I'll be sure to update the caption with it later this week. Include your real name if you'd like that to be included as well. I do apologize for not remembering everybody's name, even though I recall who I met there were so many people that the names/handles and faces are already starting to blur in my memory.

Yeah, that's my baby :) If you're interested, I have a page at my site (http://www.spiceware.org/atari_medieval_mayhem.html) on how it came to be. There's also this discussion thread (http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/85667-medieval-mayhem-2600/) as well as more techical info in my MM blog entries (http://www.atariage.com/forums/blog/148-spicewares-blog/page__tag__Medieval%20Mayhem)(both at AtariAge).
David Vazquez (espire8 at AA) did the dragon, knight and king graphics as well as choreographed the dragon animation sequences, while Erik Ehrling (moderntimes99 at AA) did the title screen music. The Dancing Dragon easter egg (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5huVcpYPzs) also lists all the others who were instrumental in how the game turned out, be it source code help, suggestions (like the castle texture) or feedback from play testing.
Yeah, I really liked how the retro rumble area was set up as well. I do agree the picture wasn't the greatest, if only they had used 2 "modern" sets then we could have used an AV modded Atari for a clearer picture.
My second Atari game is Stay Frosty (http://www.spiceware.org/atari_stay_frosty.html), which was one of the 5 games in Stella's Stocking (http://www.atariage.com/software_page.html?SoftwareLabelID=2779). If you haven't tried it before, you can play it online (http://www.spiceware.org/atari_stay_frosty_play_online.html).

Cool I will have to check those links out. The TV's were the older variety to match the "retro" feel of the show. As were the couches, tables and lamp. Actually, the newer TV was mine, I brought that one from home and it had just the adapter pass through which helped a tad. On my TV it looks pretty good really with a non split connection going through the pass through. I guess the RF fuzziness sort of added to the retroness of it all right? haha

I was not wearing my Sonic head. It was a last minute decision and I did not find a way to get the head from Nebraska to Nevada without spending a bunch of money since I took a plane

Well I guess it is a good thing I did not stick around for the costume stuff since another person was up there already with the same suit as me. That would have been a little awkward

twitter is having issues right now, but once it's working correctly do a twitter search on 'deliciousgames #CGE' Ianoid tweeted all the auction items realtime.

Does anyone have a list of what was auctioned off? I see a ton of prototypes and I'm dying to know what I missed. I did hear that there was a Megaman 3 prototype and Frankenstein proto (both for the NES), but nothing really beyond that. Also, does anyone happen to remember who was selling the MM3 proto?
Edit: Ianoid's Twitter is up now, so I'm able to see the list.

*raises hand*
It didn't sell at auction, but exposure found me a buyer afterwards. Just waiting for him to get paid again ;)
Also, Oldskool let us use his NES to play it for awhile afterwards during the party. Drunk Megaman 3 ftw!

Yeah I totally remember you guys. Did you ever find any differences between the proto and the normal game? Seemed the same if I recall, I do recall the proto being much heavier though. Did you ever get it opened up to see the inside?
