Quick question (Tengen sealed games)

Hey just a quick question here. I just got four sealed NES games that I ordered off of eBay today (Othello, Willow, Sesame Street 1-2-3, and RBI Baseball), and I was looking at the games, and Tengen RBI baseball doesnt have the H-Seal on it, but the other three do.

My question is, did Tengen NES games have the horizontal seal on it like the licensed NES games, or did I just get a re-seal? I looked at the flaps of the game, and it doesnt look like it has been opened before, but they could have still re-sealed it.

Any input on this? I looked on eBay really quick to see if there was any sealed Tengen's to check that way, but nothing!

Only licensed titles had the seam. If it's RBI Baseball, it's probably from dov so it's very much legit.
