I am looking to buy a Sega Genesis for a friend. Model doesn't matter as long as it works good and has all the hook-ups and at least 1 controller.

I always find threads like this interesting.
Is it actually difficult to find a cheap genesis locally? On kijiji and local sites, I can't help but find a half dozen at any given time. Cheap too.
Not knocking ya, I just find it interesting.

My friend wants a Genesis and I don't feel like spending $25 in gas driving around looking for one. And I certainly don't feel like dealing with Craigslist assholes jerking me around.
