Hey guys, I have the following and I'm looking for an estimate:

Bubble Bobble 2 (nes) w/box (box is probably a 4-5/10....has a rental sticker that will never come off). Game is a solid 8/10.

Pokemon N64 loose.

I am also considering the purchase of a TurboDuo in the box with an assortment of cd and cart games (some complete). There are approximately 30 games (don't know which ones other than all 3 Bonks). The guy wants $300.00.

Thanks!

Buy this now. The Duo with Bonk 3 are worth that much.

What he said. Bonk 3 is $100+ on it's own if it's complete.

I think the Duo if it is fully functional and complete in the box is worth $300. Of course you have to be careful it's fully functional (and if it's a PC Engine Duo and not a Turbo Duo it's worth half that or less).

Cool. Thanks for the info guys. I didn't know about the whole PC Engine vs Turbo thing. I'm brand new to the TG16 world.

I'm fairly positive that PC Engine is the Japanese version of the Turbografx-16. The Japanese version was somewhat popular in its home region so it is thus worth less.

And to put the price into some perspective, my local game store was selling a loose TurboDuo for $200.

And if you get the TurboDuo, Johnny Turbo will thank you.

Even if the TurboDuo doesn't work, all of the games together are worth more than $300. Still it would be nice to try it out before buying everything.

If the system is all original I would assume that the capacitors need to be replaced. It's really not as big a deal as it sounds, it's still worth getting the lot.
