I just bought a Saturn model 1 and the disc access light doesn't appear to function. The light never comes on, PERIOD! Is there a repair for this? Thanks!:)

All you have to do is replace the small light inside.
You can get them at Radioshack.

I don't have much skill in doing system repair. Is this something that an amature could do relatively easily? I could probably handle removing the screws and such.

If you don't have any repair skills, I would suggest
just leaving it alone since it is nothing urgent.
