What was it called again?

I remember that my brothers freind playing on an console that I do not know anything about (And I know everything about pretty much every console).
It was a while back (I think 2005-2008) and do not remember what is was called or who made it, but it had a camera that took pictures of the player.
I think it was a prototype of something because he was a betatester and he got rid of it just a few months after playing it. BTW: It is a home console.

The only system I can think of that has a camera in it is the Gizmondo, which is a portable.

none of the phantom models i ever saw had a camera, and they were well and dead by 2005 if i'm not mistaken
