Tons of PC games at the Goodwills today, but at $9 each I only bit on these two. I know the ice-wand, small-box Alice is still rare but what of this copy of Jordan Mechner's cult classic The Last Express? Looks like a first-run copy, big box in shiny mint condition, still sealed.

eBay has nothing, just a bunch of disc-only OEM copies that don't sell. What say you? Anyone willing to put a price on perfection?

I don't know what it's worth but I would have picked them both up myself just to have. Nice pickups. That being said, I've seen a lot of sealed PC games at Goodwill over the years. I'd think that they were donated by Gamestop but there's a lot of older games; like from the Win95 era. Where the hell to these sealed games keep coming from? BTW, what part of CT are you from?

$50 to $60 on the Last Express assuming it's sealed/mint and the triple format (DOS/Windows/Mac) first run version which it appears to be. I've seen it go for a low of $30 and as high as $75, but its been a while now since it hit that level. I think there is one new one on Amazon now for $50 and I've seen a couple others around the net on various adventure game sites for about the same price on their marketplace forums. Great find and a great game.
