I got my copy of TMoTB at an EB Games years ago for 4.99, complete w/ the demo disc. Now I see it sells on eBay for around 100 dollars. Are people just insane or is this the actual current price people are willing to pay for it?

I really enjoyed Tron Bonne so I am not selling mine at this time, but I am just curious.

Mostly the impatient types end up paying so much. Unless you're talking new or NM copies. In average shape it's not quite as expensive if you play it safe.

$30-40 usually. It's one of the more expensive titles but I've never seen it sell for $100. @_@

I've seen this one get as high as $80, usually around $60 or so.

Ouch. The game has really increased in price since I bought mine a few years ago. I remember almost buying this game back in the day after I played MML1. I wish I had grabbed it then.

I've had this one in my saved searches for a bit but haven't really had it as a priority to purchase. They seem to hit around $60-$70 in good condition at auction but can sometimes BIN at $100+.

I know videogamepricecharts isn't exactly the best data source there is, but it still shows how much this title has skyrocketed. Note, they do not separate complete / sealed / disc only sales, but over a 3 year average you'd think this would even itself out.

From $13.50 in December 2006 to $68.65 this month.

If you're selling, this holiday season would be the prime time. If you're buying, WAIT.

Wow...makes me feel good that I found my copy for $15 complete with MML2 demo disc during my very first trip to a Game-X-Change, around summer 2004 (Back then, the game was selling on eBay disc only for upwards of $50).

However, $100 is simply too much; it's a good game, but it's not worth that much in my opinion.

Yeah, I just noticed about a week ago myself that Tron Bonne has increased significantly. I only just played Mega Man Legends for the first time a few years ago, but I liked it enough that I was wanting to pick up the other two games. I should've nabbed Tron Bonne when it was around 20-30 bucks. But I can't complain considering I got a great deal on MML2.

I payed 60-80 for my mint complete copy some time last year. Expect it, and both mega man legends to continue to gradually climb. CAPCOM can't keep putting mega man legends cameos in ALL their fighting games & dead rising titles without eventually resurrecting the franchise.

The game is regularly ending at the $80.00 mark on ebay and the only BIN right now is in the $100.00+ range.

I find it unfortunate as well that the first two MM Legends games have been re-released for PSP in japan but not here in the US. I don't have either myself.
