I'm interested in what is a fair value on both of these CIB items, in pretty good condition with plastic baggies, manuals, styrofoam etc...

I recently purchased a model 1 Genesis in box complete (other than the baggies you mentioned) with 6 games 3 boxed +3 loose sports games, for 25 shipped. It is really a clean box and a nice Gen unit. I don't know if that is the standard going rate, or if I just happened to get a good deal.

Not much, the Genesis and 32X are super common. IIRC someone here was selling a CIB 32X for about $20. I've seen them at thrifts for $10 with the box and passed.
