Has anybody downloaded Ufouria for the Virtual Console yet? I've been watching 1up's playthru of the game and it looks absolutely awesome. I plan to download it once I get my damned wireless network up again.

This is the first time I've ever heard of this. Looks really good. I like platformers.
yeah it's quite neat for a NES game, looks more like a SMS game, and plays really well

Played this on and off for years, for as long as ive owned the cart, its one of the few advantages of being a PAL gamer.

It works perfectly on a modded NTSC Nes, with the lock out chip pin removed and all. Can't say that much for Parodious though.

I gather this never got a US release? I know I read about it in Nintendo Power many years ago and the video reminds me of that. I know I saw the characters in an article.

i just tried this game... what are you supposed to do? o_O he can't kill enemies and i can't jump those leaps :D boring game i think

Press down when you jump on enemies to kill them, and find your missing friends to get further in the game. The game is quite good, and isn't boring, it's got a nice big world to explore, finally played through it and finished it the other day, as soon as I get Wii points I must get Ufouria.
There are FAQ's for this game, where the items are and where your 3 other friends are, don't write it off as boring as the game is very very good. ;)

Since it's a Sunsoft game, does it have the fabled Sunsoft bass? In fact, I should be asking... how good is the music?
