Zelda Wind Waker/Ocarina/Master Quest set

hey, i recently found one of these sets at a local shop.
basically, it's zelda wind waker, along with the ocarina/master quest disc both in one case, it's this one:

what's the actual going rate for this? it's marked at $40 there.

The usual going rate of this one is in the $40-$50 range. Not a lot of room for profit, but I am still needing one myself (and I'd be willing to pay around the $50 (shipped) range for it).
