Very surprised this got on Steam, as it's an English port of a Japanese doujin game that came out a few years ago, but here it is.
You basically run an item shop. Decorate it, place items strategically, haggle, ect. You can also go to a dungeon and get things to sell for 100% profit. Try the demo it's pretty long and you can import your save in the full game.
