I have two TG16 CD systems with the base that do not work. I don't know whats wrong with them, they just don't work. The TG16 itself is not included, nor are any cables/accessories. These are just the CD player, and just the base.

I also have a Panasonc 3DO FZ-1 that doesnt work properly. It's been years, but I don't think it stayed powered on after trying to read a disc. No cables included.
