Just read the article, watch the movies.
This is pretty horrifying.

It's a bit early for this kind of thing. Halloween is still a ways off.

Meh.
Maybe I'd be inclined to believe it if it were a haunted Adventure of Link, but Majora's Mask? Pffft.

I've seen the videos. They're entertaining.
People who actually think this is a haunted video game cartridge though, I don't think they're quite putting their brain cells together and arriving at the most plausible explanation.

Yeah! This was cool.
Earlier when the site was having issues... AFREAKINGAIN... I hoped over to the official RetroGamer forums. Some guy had posted it over there. Regardless that it is fake, its still pretty bad ass. Reminds me of the thread that we had a while back about the haunted SNES cart!
I just couldn't imagine if something like this were to actually happen. Sounds like a Twilight Zone episode or something.

I've had weird glitches happen in games that seemed too "legitimate" in that they had their own surreal sense of context and consistency which made them surprising, fun, and sometimes creepy. Like it wasn't just garbled sprites but something that actually felt intentionally designed. So even though this is likely a fake I can relate to the type of experience.

Very cool story and videos. For some reason I really dig this kind of stuff, like with Pokemon Black and what have you, and this has to be one the best with the massive amount of effort put into it. And, heck, Majora's Mask is creepy to begin with.
I won't bother to address the matter of it being fake since I have to agree with the commentators that suggest it's more of a facepalm moment seeing people endlessly reacting with "It's fake, dumbasses! I can tell from the pixels and from seeing blah-blah-blah in my time." than the kids that genuinely believe it, which very well could be snarky 4chaners pretending that they believe it "for the lulz".
Man, the amount of memes in that last paragraph makes me want to kill myself, but they are necessary to illustrate my point. :P
