:rocker:

edit: Oh yea, new digicam too. Office Max is selling some Panasonic camera for 99.99, that is regularly 249.99. I think it's in store only until the end of the week. Might be tough to find though, I had to go to 3 stores to find one, and even then, I bought the display one. Just a heads up.

You know the game Pocket Fighters on PSX and Saturn.

This is the CPS2 arcade kit.

What does CPS2 mean?

I think it's Capcom's Play System 2

Basically you get a motherboard that each game connects to. A US motherboard can play Japanese games and vice versa. Kinda like Neo Geo MVS, but the carts are a bit bigger.

CPS1 was some of the earlier Capcom games, including all the SF's up to SF2 Turbo. CPS3 is what SF3 and a few other games are on. Here is a list of the kick ass games that are on CPS2.

Awesome link, I had no clue 19XX ran on this system, that being one of my arcade all time favorites!

I just see a red x. I had one of those once.

Yea a red x is quite rare.

Anyways, the link is fixed, at least until geocities fails.

CPS2, yep, Capcom Play System 2. All the Darkstalkers/Vampire Savior games, 19XX (!!!) and some other good stuff. Strider and that sort of thing belong on the original CPS.

I would like to get one of the Vampire Savior kits myself. Still, I can appreciate a good arcade puzzle game...and this is one of them :)

Actually this is the fighting game. But I plan to get Puzzle Fighter as well, but probably not the full kit.

Darn, I thought I read Puzzle Fighter, yeah, I see it now :/

Oh, and I suppose the long insert with different characters on it would be a clue. I'll blame it on being tired :p

I've never played this one, though, emulated or otherwise. Gotta check that out.

Nice, Butta! Now all you have to do is rewire it so that the suicide battery won't die in 3 years :D

Rewiring, unless they're doing it w/o solder now, is a good way to lose some value on that board. Your board, your decision...I wouldn't do it.

Oh, and I guess I'll put this up already:

Out of curiosity butta how much did that run you?

Cost me 129 after shipping. I have no idea if I overpaid or not, since there is no price guide for CPS2 stuff. But, you don't see full kits every day, so I don't care if I overpaid, as this is a kick ass game. Plus the Capcom stickers will come in handy once I get a cab set up for CPS2 games, and the controls stickers I will probably use once I get around to making my own controllers for a supergun.

hehe, sure, it would be better if you brought your supergun. I have a Mas Supernova that I got relatively cheap and I only have regular video out right now, so the screen can be kinda wavy. The only way to get the S-video cable that fits the jack on the Supernova is through Mas themselves, and they can be tough to get in contact with sometimes.
